Actron CP9575 REVIEWS

Actron CP9575 Worked as expected.
Since getting out of the auto repair business and only working on my family's and my cars I needed an ODB2 scanner and finally got around to getting one. This is by no means a snap-on scanner but it does do the job of resetting the codes and showing sensor read outs although there does seem to be a bit of a delay in updating sensor info.

As other reviews have stated the keys feel like there going to stick but they haven't gotten stuck so far and the cord is a bit short but that's not really an issue for me since I don't plan on driving around with it plugged in. I haven't had it long but it seems pretty durable. I'll update this if I have any problems.

For the money you can't go wrong paid 99$ and that included shipping, so far I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to any backyard mechanic.

Actron CP9575 It Dices It Slices! It scans codes!
Does this thing scan codes? You bet it does! Does it clear codes? You bet it does! It has a backlit screen which is awesome! The software is super easy to use!
I might recommend an extension cable depending on where the OBD II jack is located in your vehicle. I'm not saying the cord is short, it works great in my Volvo in which the jack is located under the arm rest.

Actron CP9575 pretty impressed.
works good for the money. quality seems a bit low, but function is good for price... would recomend this product for backyard mechanics and entry level techs,
have not used it extensivly so time will tell if quality is an issue

Actron 9575 works perfectly.
Product works perfectly and is shipped as described.help me solve a good amount of problems with my car. recommend this product if you are getting a check engine light.

Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner VERY GOOD.
Very good buy, Small, compact but screen is more then large enough to read clearly. Worth having instead of paying a mechanic or going to a parts store to read a check engine light code.

Actron CP9575 Scanner Good for the home mechanic.
Overall this unit worked as expected on my 2000 Toyota Tundra and 2004 Toyota Sienna. Relatively self explanatory to use and the manual covers the rest. My only issue is with the cable. First off, it is a little too short. You either have to place the unit on the floor or on the driver's seat or lap. The cable is not long enough to set up on the dash or really anyplace farther away than the driver's seat or transmission hump if you have one. The other complaint is the stiffness of the cable. It is pretty stiff and if it is cold at all, you won't be able to straighten it out very well. Not a huge issue really, but since it is already short, all the bends make it even shorter.
Overall, a good product for the occasional user or home mechanic.

Actron CP9575 Scan Tool
I purchased this scanner because it was one of the least expensive scanners that could read live data. My 2003 Subaru WRX was throwing error codes related to the O2 sensors and I wanted to see their voltages. I plugged it in and it worked just fine showing the data I wanted to see. I have 2 other vehicles a Toyota and a Mazda that I plan to use it with, but I have not plugged it into either of them yet. The unit feels a cheaply manufactured so hopefully it will prove reliable. Kudos to Amazon for fast shipping, it arrived in just a couple of days. I have not uploaded the latest software, and don't plan on it unless I need to.
