Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner great diagnosis tool for auto problems.
The Actron CP9575 is a very valuable tool for finding out what is wrong with your auto or truck. This tool tells you the code and also what is wrong.Right out of the box I had no problems with this unit.Easy to use.

Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner Does what it says it will do.

Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner Does what it says it will do.
This product does what it says it will do . I need it to check and erase codes and reset the light. it does it all. I have a Toyota Camry, the only down side is the tab that is on the rear of the adapter that is in the car itself. when you plug the scanner in the tab which is male locks the female side of the plug into the adapter. To extract you must lay on your back and look to the rear of the adapter and you will see the male, adapter tab which has locked it self into the plug. You must push in on the tab and extract this way. Or just cut the bridge at the bottom of the scanner making the whole locking device useless then it will slide in and out with ease. Im good with it well made and works well.

Actron CP9575 VERY GOOD!

Actron CP9575 VERY GOOD!

Works no every car I tried it on 1996 HHR, 1997 Dodge Caraven, 2008 Honda Civic, 2006 Ford Mustang GT, 1996 VW Jetta. Connected in a timely manner and read the codes no problem. The live data feature separates it from a basic reader and is very useful to diagnose how the engine is is functioning.
Bottom line is it's worth the money and it does what it claims, as advertised.

Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner Great Value, Good Design, Does what it says

Actron CP9575 Auto Scanner
I have used a lot of scan tools, everything from $12,000 Snap-On units to $25 E-bay garbage.

Let me tell you - this is neither of those tools, BUT:

If you want, easy to use, easy to understand, quick link, and CAN and Early OBDII capable - this is your tool.

Great for times when you just need to get a code, check what monitors have run - or get a little more in depth with real time data. Its a little laggy, but its NO WORSE then any other scan tool out there - fact is the OBDII standard is just slow with real time data. Its quicker then our OTC Genisys unit - its about as fast as a Snap-On Solus scanner when it comes to data updates.

Shows freeze frame data as well - along with monitor status updates (as you drive).. self powered off the OBD II socket.

Id I had one only gripe - it would be that the buttons are a little too sticky - and they get stuck in the case. But for $99, self power, real time data, decent screen, and up-datable - I'm not complaining at all.

I have scanned:

2001 Audi A4, 2005 Nissan Xterra, and a 2009 VW Rabbit with it so far.

Its small and light - backlit screen. Well worth the money saved from dragging out the bigger units, or a laptop to the car.

Actron CP9575 Works as advertised

Actron CP9575 Works as advertised
I've used this product twice so far; once on a 2003 Nissan Altima and once on a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. It worked great both times. It does what it's supposed to do and it is easy to use. It quickly diagnoses the problem and provides an error code. Highly recommended.

Actron CP9575 Simple and Effective

Actron CP9575 Simple and Effective
After my car showed its first check engine light I wanted to know what the car needed. Since I'm overseas, the local shop did not wanted to chack my car because it was "too new". I started checking for a decent scanner to see what was wrong with my vehicle. I found this item here and got it in about a week and a half. Instructions were plain and simple. Connected the device to the car, read the code (it was a loose fuel cap) and cleared the error after I fixed the issue.

There, that could have costed me more than the cost id this item so it has already paid for itself.

Actron CP9575 BEST PRICE

Actron CP9575 BEST PRICE, Quality product.
I purchased this OBD2 scanner because I wanted to be able to diagnose problems with my car at home, rather than having to go to Autozone every time. I opted for this model because I wanted to do more than simply pull codes. I've used it once on my Toyota Avalon and was able to get the code, its description, and erase it. It did not pull the VIN number for this car, but it said that not all cars are compatible. I like that it is backlit, so I can see the screen clearly. The state emissions check utility is also useful.

Only problem I came across was when I downloaded the software, and connected my device, it was unable to find it when looking for an update.

I recommend this product for everyone who is comfortable with working on their vehicles.
